Hi, I’m Anjali Leon, the Founding Principal of PPL Coach, a boutique leadership and collaboration consultancy dedicated to helping individuals and organizations unlock their collective potential to thrive in a fast-changing, AI-driven world.

I specialize in empowering collaborative innovators—leaders and teams who embrace curiosity, creativity, and co-creation to navigate complexity, solve meaningful problems, and deliver value in today’s dynamic landscape.

My professional journey began with 15 years in technology and product leadership, where I was instrumental in transforming a startup into an award-winning product company. This experience deepened my belief in the power of strategic connection, collaborative problem-solving, and human potential to drive transformative outcomes.

For the past decade, I’ve been a coach, facilitator, and trainer, guiding organizations to integrate agility, product thinking, and collaborative leadership into their strategies. My work focuses on developing the skills, mindsets, and environments that foster creativity, connection, and resilience.

As a Co-Active trained coach, certified Agile coaching expert (ICAgile) and accredited GC Partner with an Electrical and Computer Engineering degree from Drexel University, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and facilitation mastery. I’ve also earned certifications in Product Management, Facilitation, Creative Collaboration, and a host of other disciplines that fuel my commitment to helping others grow and succeed.

In addition to leading PPL Coach, I am the co-founder of HitRefresh, a workplace well-being and resilience-building community that prioritizes human connection and sustainable practices. I am also a mentor with NGT 360 a next generation innovation program for high school students.
